(Updated) X JAPAN NOT playing in Cologne (Germany) on July 6th

Slowly we are getting used to the venues/ticket sellers/promotion agencies announcing X concerts before the band or their management. Just, that this time, YOSHIKI doesn’t know anything about the concert either, as he stated on Twitter!

Tickets for the concert on July 6th in Cologne are already on sale, but please be careful when buying, as there still isn’t a confirmation by the X Management or the band!

We’ll keep you up to date about this!

Update: In the meantime, the venue and promotion agency removed the concert date in cologne from their websites and ticket sales have been on hold for days. The concert in cologne will NOT take place. Please ask the ticket sellers for refund in case you already bought tickets.

YOSHIKI crystal Kawaii piano auction started, more to come

As we announced a month ago, YOSHIKI is putting his grand crystal piano on auction to gather funds for the victims of the natural disasters that struck Japan in March. The auction started today and the price of the piano has already gone up to 50,001,000YEN or $601,987. With over 6 days left until the auction ends, the money gathered will surely be a huge help to those in need.

The YOSHIKI Foundation America, a non-profit charity organization that YOSHIKI founded, has gathered other items, such as autographed t-shirts from Robert Pattinson, Reese Whiterspoon and James Franco, autoraphed comic books by Stan Lee and even the Red Hot Chilli Peppers 2008 MTV “Album of the Year” award. The other items are expected to go up on auction soon. You can see the full list of the items on the YOSHIKI Foundation America webpage.
