YOSHIKI @ Grammy Museum announcements


So after news leaking through various ways and some tickets already haveing been on sale for weeks, the first part of YOSHIKI’s Classical World Tour had finally been announced at the Grammy Museum Event, that had also been streamed live on Ustream and NicoNico.

He also played a couple of songs that will be part i of the world tour, including Forever Love, Red Rhapsody, I.V., Endless Rain and Art of Life.

Before the actual performance, and exhibition about YOSHIKI at the Grammy Museum, including some of his costumes, was opened. Aside of the dates already announced, see table below, there will be more following during the next weeks.

Also, according to YOSHIKI’s Twitter, he will announce something related to X JAPAN on March 14th!

Yoshiki Classical at the Grammy Museum Live Stream!


So this is definitely good new for everyone not being able to attend the performance in person. The event will be streamed live on NicoNico and Ustream!

Here are the times for a couple of time zones:
PST (California) 8pm – 10pm
EST (New York) 11pm – 1am
GMT (Great Britain) 4am – 6am
JST (Japan) 1pm – 3pm

Chance to win a ticket for YOSHIKI CLASSICAL at Grammy Museum


Weeks ago, YOSHIKI had announced an event at Grammy Museum to take place on February 19th. It will include a performance as well as a “special announcement”. However, there still wasn’t any information how to take part and get a ticket for this event.

Now YOSHIKI announced a special fan promotion, which allows all registered persons to enter into a drawing and win one of 100 tickets for the event.
All you need to do is register on his Socialtoaster page and make sure you ticked the box for the partitipation of the drawing!

LUNA SEA concerts in May and December 2014


So while YOSHIKI is busy with his solo projects, SUGIZO is also active with Luna Sea.

On May 29th 2014, Luna Sea’s 25th Anniversary, they will hold an already sold-out concert at Yoyogi National Gymnasium. And – in the distant seemingt future – there will be two concerts around Christmas. The first one at Saitama Super Arena on December 21st and the second one at Yokohama Arena on December 23rd.

If you want to go to one of their December concerts, fans from outside Japan will have the chance to apply for tickets starting February 7th on this website. You will find out whether you are one of the lucky ones, being allowed to buy a ticket  between February 21th and February 27th. Good luck!

YOSHIKI Classical Concert in San Francisco on April 28th


Despite being confirmed by YOSHIKI on Twitter for a while, tickets became available only now through San Francisco Symphony’s website.

That aside, unfortunately there still isn’t more information about YOSHIKI’s event at the Grammy Museum on February 19th. Hopefully those interested in going will find out how it’s possible to join soon!
