In the early winter cold, ToshI performed a short concert in an event held as a part of the drug abuse prevention campaign at the Citizen's plaza of the Tokyo metropolitan government building on November 27. Accompanied by an orchestra and piano arrangements, he sang six songs, two of which were new songs that were performed for the first time.
