According to Ra:IN's official MySpace, there was a change in the European Tour 2009 schedule.
The Show in Madrid, Spain that was supposed to take place on July 4th is cancelled.

Therefor, Ra:IN will hold an additional concert in Russia. That is, on June 30, 2009 in the Club A-2 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
