Recently, YOSHIKI announced his collaboration in a fashionshow called "ASIA GIRLS EXPLOSION" together with Jay FR. A main focus of the show will be on the music, so VIOLET UK was already mentioned as one of the performing acts, now officially featuring Katie Fitzgerald as their vocalist.
YOSHIKI will also follow in his parents footsteps, who used to own a kimono store, and will present his new project YOSHIKIMONO for the first time. To get an idea of what the show might be like, check out the pictures of the presentation here and here.

Since the first announcement, more details became known, such as SUGIZO taking part and Marilyn Manson will be one of the models. And today YOSHIKI teased his fans on Twitter about X JAPAN possibly joining, too.

"ASIA GIRLS EXPLOSION" will be held on March 6th at the first gymnasium of National Yoyogi Stadium and will probably be 2-3 hours long. Oversea audience can purchase their tickets here.

Fashionshow aside, YOSHIKI hinted on X JAPAN appearing at SUMMER SONIC 2011, alongside bands like the Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Strokes on August 13th and 14th in Osaka and Tokyo. He also said that their World Tour will most likely start in May 2011, leaving unrevealed if they'd first go to South America, Europe or Japan.
