I guess many of X's fans have been kept on tenterhooks to eventually
see the new shot PVs. Eventually we have the possibility to have a look
into previews of "Jade", "Rusty Nail" and "Kurenai"! And their visual
language is indeed powerful. As special you can also see the videos
of "Endless Rain" and "Jade" that have been shot on the roof of the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. On the Fever X JAPAN website you can also
vote which full version of which video you want to see (on the right
side, click the "投票"-button below the video you wish to see the full
version of) . However, only one vote per day is allowed. So see all videos, visit the Fever
X JAPAN website.

Here is some candy for all Otakon visitors among the X Fans: On the occassion of YOSHIKI's and SUGIZO's appearance in Baltimore, visitors of the convention have the possibility to vote for the song you most wish to hear from the X members. As a second surprise, all visitors have the possibility to participate in a lottery to win two Lollapalooza single day passes for sunday August 8th, 2010 to see X JAPAN's debut in the United States. However, there are some rules to participate:
• The participants must be registered visitors of the Otakon convention • You must be able to actually travel to Chicago for the show • If you are among the winners, you are not allowed to sell the tickets • Complaints won't be accepted, as Otakon and X's staff have the last word :P

When SUGIZO heard that his close friend Mick Karn has cancer in an advanced stage, he wanted to do something for him. As the medical costs are really high, he wants to support him both spiritually and financially. Therefore he created the song "MISSING LINK", based on his first solo song "Missing". All donations earned by it will go to Mick Karn.
Mick Karn is famous as founding member and bassit of the very influential band Japan.
You can download the song on his website.

Happy ROCKIN' Birthday, TAIJI! It seems time is flowing so badly. TAIJI
had achieved many things the last year. TAIJI with HEAVEN's first tour
just ended three days ago, and the bass player wasn't only holding gigs
in Japan,
but also had the opportunity to appear at the South Korean music
festival Rock Dog Korea!
With the best wishes and health for the
future, we hope he is looking back at this year with satisfaction and
hope for many more productive years both in Japan and overseas!

It was somewhat unexpected, but concerning to their concert on August 14th & 15th, 2010 at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama, X JAPAN held a press conference in Tokyo today.
The band seem to show themselves in a new style for the upcoming lives both in Japan and overseas. The band logo shows an impressive dragon, reminding slightly to the former X logo in 1992 which you can find on the "Hametsu ni mukatte~On the verge of destruction" Album and DVD. Also, the concert's opening sequence will be a new one.
The title of the concerts in Yokohama will be "Choukyoukou toppa nanakorobi yaoki ~sekai ni mukatte~" (超強行突破 七転八起 ~世界に向かって~; meaning: Violent breakthrough seven times falling down, eight times standig up ~towards the world~) which is meant to be a pretty representative title for X JAPAN as band: no matter how often they're on the ground, they don't hesitate to get up again to move forward. While ToshI described these concerts to be a new start for X JAPAN, YOSHIKI couldn't resist adding "this time not 'towards destruction'". The band might also perform a new song from SUGIZO during the lives.
However, before the lives in Yokohama, X JAPAN's appearance at Lollapalooza in Chicago is scheduled. Therefore they are planning to release "Jade" as their first single in the United States soon, followed by later releases of "Born to be free" and "I.V.". A full album is scheduled to be released autumn this year, including well known songs like "Art of Life", "Tears"(in English), "Rusty Nail" (in English), and "Kurenai". After their live appearances at Yokohama, a North American tour is planned, with more than 10 concerts in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, etc.
After the Press conference YOSHIKI, ToshI and SUGIZO were playing "Forever Love" accompanied by piano and violin.
