Happy Birthday, SUGIZO!
Thursday, 08 July 2010 10:06
ic_sugizoEventhough our dear violin player is a little jet-lagged today and even had an X press conference with an accoustic performance, we are wishing him a great birthday and the best for next year, too!

We are looking forward to a new year with all his projects, solo, with X JAPAN, Juno Reactor, maybe even Luna Sea and more, and hope to be able to see him perform again soon! :)

Plans for a Comic Collaboration of YOSHIKI with Stan Lee
Wednesday, 07 July 2010 19:51
Some of you might have wondered 'why the hell was a comic author like Stan Lee special guest on YOSHIKI's foundation launch party?' A news video from Japan gave some details about it.
During a press meeting Stan Lee revealed the plans of him and YOSHIKI to create a bigger project, which will also contain music composed by YOSHIKI.
How that is supposed to be realized...? Well, we'll have to wait and see what both will present us in future.

Here you can see the whole video report (a huge part of it is spoken in English with Japanese subtitles)

EDIT: We previously said that it is a comic, based on YOSHKI's person. But actually, that was a misunderstanding. Stan Lee said we might be happy with such a comic, but they are planning something bigger in which he himself... will find something to do.
In other words, we have not the slightes clue what they wanna do, it COULD be something about YOSHIKI, but not necessarily... However, it sounds interesting.
